Pet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per apartment.
Pet Deposits, Fees, and Monthly Pet Rent:

•Non-refundable pet fee: $250:
•Monthly pet rent per pet: $15.00 (2 pet maximum) <br><br>
Acceptable pets include dogs, cats, small birds, and fish that comply with our Pet Policy.
Behavior & Breed Restrictions: Winslow Asset Management does not accept animals that exhibit aggressive behavior. A pet interview will be conducted before move-in. Breed restrictions apply.
Service animals are not considered “pets.”
